Believe in someone...

IMG_1949.PNG

Remember that moment when someone believed in you, and actively noticed you were doing well? How did you feel? Did you believe more in yourself and feel motivated to go for it?

It is such a small gesture yet can have a massive impact on others (and yourself for that matter)

"be the reason someone smiles today"

Encouraging others and standing for what you believe in generates tremendous energy

Challenging your ability with this skill will allow you to notice and recognise others for the value they are (or could be) bringing. This is not being superficial, but genuinely noticing and affirming others. It is also about being brave and believing in yourself.

Remember, Courage is not the absence of fear, but the conquering of it.

Try this....

1. Write down 5 things you would want others to notice about something you are doing. Can you see that you are making a difference?

2. Now, write down 5 things you really value about someone else.

3. Then go and say to them "I just wanted to tell you what I really  value about you"

4. Notice how you both feel afterwards - more energised?

Take the test...

Do you want to understand your current level of skill?
